Hello this is Brian.
I’d like to take a few moments and talk with you about the role of a Kentucky district court judge.
Many people don’t realize just how much a district court judge impacts daily life in our communities. District court is where many citizens first encountered the justice system, and the decisions made their matter.
A district judge handles a wide variety of cases including criminal matters, juvenile cases, mental health proceedings, probate matters, and property disputes. On any given day, the court may be helping a family through a difficult situation, addressing a mental health crisis, or holding someone accountable for breaking the law. These cases may not always make headlines, but they affect real people, real families, and the quality of life in our communities.
The people of Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson counties deserve a judge who understands our communities and the values that make them strong.
A good district judge must faithfully follow the law, but also bring common sense, fairness, and sound judgment to every case. The people who come before the court deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. They deserve a judge who understands that every decision has real impact on someone’s life.
As your district judge, I work hard every day to serve the people of Robertson, Pendleton, Nicholas, and Harrison counties with integrity, fairness, and common sense.
I want to earn your trust and your vote, and I would be honored to serve as your next district judge.
